Description
The 149 Stage 11 Hollow Kevin Baekkel Pro Standard is a skateboard truck designed for street, park, and bowl skateboarding. Sized at 149 with a standard truck profile, this model features hollow axle and kingpin construction from the catalogue specification and carries the signature designation of skater Kevin Baekkel.
Choosing the correct truck size depends on the width of your skateboard deck. A size 149 truck matches decks measuring 8.25 to 8.5 inches wide, aligning your wheels with the edges of the board. This balance helps beginners and improving skaters maintain proper foot placement and control during turns.

To assemble your skateboard, attach the truck to your deck using standard mounting hardware and install your wheels with bearings on the axle. Once fitted to your deck, the truck serves as the central turning mechanism for your complete setup, allowing you to carve transitions in the bowl and navigate obstacles in the park.
Beginners and skaters practicing new tricks can pair their complete board with a helmet and protective pads before rolling out to local spots.
